All conditions, in which the company JITONA a.s. appears as a purchaser regulate General Purchase Conditions. These general purchase conditions are an integral part of purchase agreements (and/or of general purchase agreements) and exclude the validity of general or other terms of delivery of the Seller. Deviations from this regulation are only valid if specified in a valid agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller.
