Quality and Environmental Policy

The management of JITONA a.s. considers quality and environmental protection to be one of the decisive factors of prosperity and enhancement of competitive strength and it is therefore the objective of all our activities to satisfy the customer with the quality of the products we manufacture. The quality and environmental policy links up to the company strategy and is based on the requirement analysis of the current customers and expected needs of the potential customers. In order to maintain and improve the position on the furniture manufacturing market, the company management announces the following principles:

  1. Meet the expectation of the customers through the timely and full satisfaction of customer needs related to the manufacture of furniture and thereby build the dominant market position of the company in these aspects.
  2. Create, from the scope of our activity stabilized and efficient pillars of the company through continuous improvement of the quality management, environmental management, products and services.
  3. Create “awareness of quality and the environment” with all our customers through continuous information on customer requirements, company quality and environmental policy, quality management and environmental management status and improvement.
  4. Focus on minimization of the negative impacts of the company's activities on the environment through investments, development and modernization of the production technologies and supporting processes and thereby prevent pollution and contribute to overall improvement of the environment. This is in particular the preference of economically tolerable technologies that minimize waste and focus on the sphere of emissions and substances that pollute the water and soil and, last but not least, the reduction of energy consumption and consumption of other media.
  5. We wish to be perceived as a serious partner through compliance with the legislative regulations of the Czech Republic and with other customer requirements, through open communication with the public and media, including the acceptance of motivations from the involved parties.
